DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

WRONG PRODUCTS
If we have shipped an incorrect product, please notify our Customer Services Department as soon as possible or within 24 hours, send us the incorrect product and specify the correct details in writing.
If you would like us to replace the incorrect product with the product you ordered, we will send you the correct product as soon as possible, or alternatively we will refund the product once it has been returned.
We will not charge you for the wrong product and you must return the wrong product for investigation.
Our shipments have national coverage which are made through available local carrier and with coverage to the shipping area.
You will receive your order according to the shipping city and the delivery time established by the carrier, taking into account factors of public order and mobility.

At the time of delivery, if you are not there, our logistics operator will proceed to make a second delivery attempt. In the event that the logistics operator arrives for the second time and you are not there, the cost of the third time of attempting to deliver the product must be assumed by you.
