Después de haber abonado el valor de la consulta la paciente tendrá un total de 30 días para programar la atención. Pasado este tiempo no se realizará la devolución del dinero, salvo los casos en los que previamente se haya solicitado el tiempo de espera o por motivos ajenos a la familia que hace el pedido, el servicio no pueda ser prestado. En este caso y en el evento en el que sea la familia la que decida cancelar el servicio, se hará una devolución parcial del 50% del valor total.
